This is a great dressing for many salads and an example of how easy it is to make a dressing and avoid buying less tasty and heavily processed dressings from the store!

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
½ cup of mayonnaise*
¼ cup of milk
2 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice from 1 lemon
2 TBSP onion – finely chopped
½ cup of fresh herbs of your choice – finely chopped
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of ground pepper
¼ TSP of salt
And process on high speed until smooth using an immersion blender (about 1 – 2 minutes).
Taste and add salt and/or pepper if needed.
