Directions:

1. Blend the ingredients to prepare vegan Kewpie-style mayo:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender:

12 OZ of silken tofu
1 ¼ TBSP of lemon juice
1 ½ TBSP of rice vinegar
1 TSP of granulated sugar
½ TSP of salt

Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Turn Kewpie-style mayo into spicy mayo:

To make sushi bar-style spicy mayo, stir together:

1 cup of prepared Vegan Kewpie Style mayo
2 TBSP of sriracha sauce
½ TSP of Japanese shichimi togarashi
1 clove of garlic – grated or pressed
