Try my tofu bites! Tofu is a great source of protein and a welcome alternative to meat. Prepared well, it can be one of the tastiest additions to any dish or amazing even on its own.
1. Protein preparation:
1.1.
Drain the extra liquid from the super firm tofu.
1.2.
Cut the tofu into ¾” dice with a sharp knife (or any other desired shape) and place into a medium mixing bowl.
1.3. Add:
2 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice from ½ lemon
4 cloves of garlic – grated
1 TSP of ground ginger
1 TSP of ground coriander
1 TSP of paprika
1 TSP of smoked paprika
½ TSP of ground pepper
½ TSP of salt
Gently mix with a spatula until it is nicely combined.
