Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Protein preparation:

1.1.

Drain the extra liquid from the super firm tofu.

1.2.

Cut the tofu into ¾” dice with a sharp knife (or any other desired shape) and place into a medium mixing bowl.

1.3. Add:

2 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice from ½ lemon
4 cloves of garlic – grated
1 TSP of ground ginger
1 TSP of ground coriander
1 TSP of paprika
1 TSP of smoked paprika
½ TSP of ground pepper
½ TSP of salt

Gently mix with a spatula until it is nicely combined.

2. Stir fry:

2.1. Preheat fry pan on medium-high heat with 2 TBSP of frying oil and add:

Stir fry with occasional stirring until you reach a nice sear on the top — the tofu is fully cooked (about 5 – 7 minutes).

Tip:
If you want to achieve a more meat-like texture, I recommend to stir fry for extra 8 – 10 minutes.

3. Add to you your pasta meal, salad, and more!
