1. Prepare the sauce:

1.1. Place into a medium mixing bowl:

½ cup of mayonnaise
½ cup of white yogurt
1 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice from 1 of lemon
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground pepper

Thoroughly stir with a whisk until nicely combined (about 30 seconds).

1 medium dill pickle – finely diced
¼ of medium onion – finely chopped
1 clove of garlic – grated
