The decision to consume raw or undercooked eggs is totally your responsibility (including all potential health consequences), which I am not responsible for. Note that undercooked eggs are not recommended for infants, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with a compromised immune system. To prevent undercooked eating eggs, avoid any kind of egg prepared with a partially or fully runny yolk. To avoid the risk of salmonella, use pasteurized eggs only.

1. Preparation:

1.1.

To make preparation easier, crack the egg into a small bowl before pouring it into the pan.

1.2.

Preheat the fry pan on medium heat with 1 TBSP of frying oil and 1 TBSP of butter.

1.3.

Pan fry until you reach your desired consistency (based on your preference).

1.4.

Cover with a lid (or aluminum foil) during the cooking process if you want to make sure that the egg yolk will be runny, but all the egg whites are fully cooked (including the top section around the yolk).
