Even if you are not interested in gaining the health benefits or appreciate the initial taste, fruit and vegetables are often very important for creating a final flavor in many meals (creating important flavor elements). 1. Salad preparation:

1.1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl:

1 LB of tomatoes – diced
1 cucumber – diced
1 green pepper – diced
1 banana pepper – diced
1 onion – finely chopped
¼ cup of fresh parsley – finely chopped
1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
4 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice from 1 lemon
½ TSP of salt
½ TSP of ground pepper

Thoroughly but gently stir together with a spatula.

1.2.

Taste and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, juice from a lemon, salt and pepper if needed.

1.3.

Place into a salad bowl or individual plates, sprinkle with extra feta crumbles, and freshly ground salt and pepper. Decorate with fresh parsley. Serve with fresh bread.
