Directions:

1. Crepes:

  • Whisk together the flour, eggs, salt, and milk until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest.
  • Then cook in a non-stick pan until golden on both sides.

2. Savory Filling for Seafood Crepês:

  • In a frying pan, Sauté mushrooms. Then, set it aside for the later step.
  • In a large sauce pan, melt butter and flour to create a roux.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
  • Mix in sautéed mushrooms, cheese, dill, salmon, and prawns, and cook for a couple more minutes.

3. Make the Pancake Burritos:

  • Spoon the creamy seafood mixture onto each crêpe.
  • Roll them up like a burrito.
  • Serve Seafood Crepês!
