2.1. Add:

½ LB of baby tomatoes – sliced to half
¼ cup of herbs of your choice

Sauté for an additional minute (but not longer if you want to make sure you don’t get mushy tomatoes).

Optionally: ¼ cup of herbs of your choice
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ TSP of salt
¼ TSP of ground pepper

Thoroughly stir together.
