1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) or 400°F.

Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife. The thinner, the crispier!

3. Prepare the Butter Herb Mix:

In a bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

4. Coat the Potatoes:

Add the butter mixture to the sliced potatoes and toss until all slices are evenly coated.

5. Line the Muffin Tin:

Arrange the potato slices in a circular pattern in each muffin tin cup, forming a rose-like shape. Make sure to overlap the slices for the rosette effect.

5. Roast:

Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet and roast for 50-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

6. Add Parmesan:

When the potatoes are almost done, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each rosette and bake for the remaining time until the cheese is melted and crispy.
