  • keto mini crunchy peanut butter cookies - crushed
  • sugar-free chocolate syrup

Toppings (Optional):

  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream (8 FL OZ, whipped to stiff peaks)
  • keto mini crunchy peanut butter cookies - crushed
  • keto mini crunchy mint chocolate cookies - crushed
  • sugar-free chocolate gems
  • sugar-free mini chocolate chips

1. Preparation:

  • Beat sweetener, cream cheese, and peanut butter in a medium bowl until creamy. Set aside.
  • Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract together to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  • Fold whipped heavy cream into the peanut butter mixture with a spatula. Some streaks are okay.

2. Assembly:

  • Add crushed cookies to the bottom of a jam jar.
  • Drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup.
  • Spoon peanut butter pie mixture on top.
  • Top with whipped cream, crushed cookies, sugar-free candies, and mini sugar-free chocolate chips as desired.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
