Ingredients for the salad

You can customize your choice of ingredients and adjust amounts and ingredients to use based on your preference.

Directions:

1. Prep the vegetables

1.1

Dice 1 tomato and place it into the mixing bowl.

1.2.

Drain corn or defrost (if frozen) and add it into the mixing bowl.

1.3.

Peel and chop 1 red onion and add it into the mixing bowl.

1.4.

Drain 1 can of black beans and add it into the mixing bowl.

1.5. Dice:

1 small yellow bell pepper
1 small orange bell pepper
1 small green bell pepper

And add it into the mixing bowl.

1.6.

Remove the seed, peel and chop 1 avocado and add it into the mixing bowl.

2. Complete the Salad

2.1.

Squeeze lemon and lime over the top.

2.2.

Salt and pepper.

2.3.

Thoroughly stir all together.

2.4.

Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.

2.5.

Place in fridge to cool and settle or eat directly.
