Simple Boiled Rice

Simple Boiled Rice is a very nutritious and healthy meal. Buy organic if you can to prevent consuming chemicals that are often present in non-organic brands. To make it even easier, buy a rice cooker!

1. Cook rice:

1.1.

Cook 1 cup of the raw rice with 2 cups of the water until done.

1.2.

Leave it covered and set aside for the later steps.

2. Eggs & tofu preparation

2.1.

Crack 2 eggs into the medium mixing bowl and thoroughly stir with the piano whisk.

2.2.

Drain soft tofu and then add it in to the eggs.

2.3.

Using fork, smash tofu and thoroughly stir it together with eggs.

2.4. Add:

Pinch of salt
1 TSP of Oyster sauce

Thoroughly stir.

3. Stir Fry:

3.1.

Preheat fry pan with 2 TBSP of frying oil on medim heat and add eggs with tofu and cook with constant stirring until done.

4. Assembly

Note:
You have just enough ingredients to prepare two bowls (two servings). Divide ingredients accordingly.

4.1.

Place rice in to the bowls.

4.2.

Top with the tofu and eggs.

4.3. Sprinkle with:

Spring onion – chopped
Black sesame seeds

4.4.

Pour over sesame seed oil.

4.5.

Top with kimchi

4.6.
