Directions:

1. Preparation:

Roughly chop the grean onion.

1.2.

Cut off the center of gem lettuce.

1.3.

Cut croissant to half.

2. Toast the croissant:

2.1.

Preat fry pan to medium-high heat and toast both halves of the croissant (cut halves down) until golden brown color is reached (about 1 – 2 minutes).

2.2.

Place on the plate for later steps.

3. Scramble the eggs.

3.1. Preheat fry pan on on medium heat and place in:

2 eggs

Pan fry until eggs are fully cooked (about 1 – 2 minutes).

3.2. Add:

Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Green onion prepared in step 1

Thoroughly stir.

3.3.

Take of the stove for the upcoming steps.

4. Assembly the sandwich:

4.1.

Place gem lettuce on the bottom of the sandwich

4.2.

Add scrambled eggs.

4.3.

Add two slice of the smoked salmon.

4.4.

Cover with the top half of the sandwich.

4.5.

Enjoy!
