1. Dressing:

In a mixing Bowl, stir together sour cream, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

2. Combine & Rest:

  • In another mixing bowl, add the dressing, cucumbers, and red onions and stir well.
  • For best results, let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.
