Ingredients:

2. Mix salad:

2.1. Add into the large mixing bowl:

¼ of onion – finely chopped
¼ cup of confectioners’ sugar
1 ¼ cups of mayonnaise
Juice from ½ lemon
2 TBSP of white vinegar
¼ TSP of ground pepper
½ TSP of salt

Thoroughly mix together with a spatula.

2.2.

Taste and add sugar, white vinegar, and salt and pepper if needed.

For best results, let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour (or overnight).

3. Serve in a salad bowl or individual bowls.
