2. Saute the Apples:

Place the apples in a non-stick frying pan and sauté them over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2 TBSP of watter

Thoroughly stir, cover with the lid, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add Butter & Water:

3.1. While still cooking, thoroughly stir in:

1 TBSP of butter

3.2. Add:

2 TBSP of watter

Thoroughly stir, cover with the lid, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Finalizing:

4.1. Add all remaining ingredients:

1 TBSP of confectioners’ sugar
½ TSP of Vanilla extract
½ TSP of ground cinnamon
¼ TSP of ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Thoroughly stir.

4.2.

Cover with the lid, and cook, stirring occasionally, until you reach the desired softness of the apples.
