1. Skewers preparation

1.1.

Slice chicken tights into thick strips.

1.2.

Thoroughly rinse leak under a cold water and to about 1″ long sections.

1.3.

Put chicken and leak on skewers (alternate).

1.4.

Generously salt and pepper each skewer.

2. Pan fry

2.1.

Preheat fry pan with 3 TBSP of frying oil on medium-high heat and add skewers in.

2.2.

Saute from both sides until golden brown and safe internal temperature of 165°F is reached. *

2.3.

Pour over Yakitori sauce while still in the pan and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

* Check with a food thermometer to make sure that you have reached the minimum recommended safe serving temperature for poultry of 165°F.
