Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Cook & Cool Pasta:

  • Cook and cool the pasta according to the instructions.
  • After cooking, spread it out on plates to prevent it from overcooking from the residual heat.

2. Prepare Chicken:

Wash and chop chicken into bite sizes and season with salt, garlic, ginger any other seasonings of preference.

3. Prepare Vegetables:

  • Chop bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms into large pieces.
  • Crush ginger and garlic into a paste
  • Thinly slice habanero (optional).

4. Heat Wok:

  • In a heated wok, add 2 TBSP of oil and fry chicken on medium to high heat until cooked.
  • Set aside once cooked.

5. Add extra oil to stir fry pan (wok):

Heat 2 TBSP of oil into heated wok and sauté vegetables seasoning with crushed ginger and a little salt to taste.

6. Add Cooked noodles into sautéed vegetables:

Add cooked egg noodles into sautéed vegetables, stir, and add 3 to 4 TBSP of dark soy sauce and 2 TBSP of oyster sauce.

7. Add Cooked Chicken:

  • Add cooked chicken into noodles and vegetable mix, stir to combine.
  • Taste for salt and adjust as preferred.

8. Serve:

Turn down fire, serve and enjoy noodles on plates!
