2. Salad preparation:

2.1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl:

Optionally: ½ LB of bacon – sautéed
1 cup of Caesar dressing
2 romaine lettuce hearts – ripped/chopped into larger pieces
1 LB of tomatoes – diced
4 servings of croutons

Gently stir together with a spatula.

Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.

3. Plating & serving:

Place in a salad bowl, a large platter, or on individual plates, and sprinkle with grated parmesan and freshly ground salt and pepper.
