1. Prepare the Chicken:

Start preparing the Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wrap by preparing the chicken.

  • Slow cook chicken breasts in chicken stock until tender.
  • Shred the chicken.

2. Buffalo Sauce:

  • Finely chop (mince) garlic cloves.
  • Melt butter in a sauce pan, add garlic, and cook for a couple minutes on medium heat.
  •  Add Red-Hot Sauce, honey or brown sugar, and salt.
  • Cook until fully combined for about 5 – 10 minutes with occasional stirring.
  • Pour the sauce over the shredded chicken and mix well.

3. Blue Cheese Sauce:

  • Combine in the blender: sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic, milk, lemon juice (if using), salt, and pepper .
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until needed.

4. Assemble the Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wraps:

Note: 
You are going to prepare 4, work one-by-one.

  • Lay a large flour tortilla flat.
  • Spread a generous amount of blue cheese sauce in the center.
  • Top with shredded buffalo chicken, tortilla chips, cheddar cheese (if using), lettuce, and tomatoes.
  • Place a smaller tortilla on top.
  • Spread more blue cheese sauce on the smaller tortilla.
  • Add hot pepper sauce (if desired).
  • Fold the edges of the large tortilla up towards the center, creating pleats and sealing the crunch wrap.

5. Cook the Crunch Wrap:

  • Heat a skillet or panini press over medium heat.
  • Cook the crunch wrap until golden brown and crispy.
