The Headless Chef: For the Love of Food
I moved to New Zealand from India in 2013, and have worked as a professional chef for over 10 years. I’ve worked all over Wellington, gaining experience in cafes, bars, restaurants, and catering companies. I made a career change in 2022, but soon realised how much I missed sharing food ideas and recipes with people. Now, I’m excited to share the recipes I’ve created and refined over the years. My dream is to work in a test kitchen one day and travel the world to learn all I possibly can about food and culture!
