I'm Faceless Chef
Being overweight and autistic, I have often fully committed to my interests. Whilst my daughter (who is now seven) was weaning, we decided to cook everything from scratch. My years of teaching in a classroom, led to this becoming quite a focused hobby, in which over years I went from someone who thought cooking was a jar of sauce in a pan, to not using another jar since, and becoming quite a confident home “chef”. When we cook, everything is made with love and from scratch. From time to time, I dabble in making my own pastry, breads and pasta, you may also see the odd fusion recipe from time to time (have you seen my Buffalo Chicken mini kyivs?)
